New versions of an Old Concept

Years ago when I was in sixth grade I had written a story, not knowing it would follow me for the rest of my life. Even when I was young I was always one of those authors who designed everything. I had pictures, and concepts, buildings, notes, just a myriad of things that came pouring into my head. Over the years I had to have rewritten and redrawn it several times. The computers have changed, the technology, even the software. But over the years I had lost bits and pieces, and for a long time gave up on my dreams of publishing it. I had so many plans for it. But I kept writing. Every time I sat at a computer I would start again. Now I sit at a computer and found myself at 4:00 o'clock in the morning redrawing those same creatures that will forever sit in the back of my head.
